做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
