做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
