做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
