做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
