做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
