做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
