做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
