做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
