做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
