做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
