做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
