做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
