做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
