做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
