做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
