做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
