做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
