做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
