做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
