做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
