做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
