做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
