做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
