做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
