做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
