做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
