做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
