做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
