做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
