做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
