做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
