做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
