做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
