做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
