做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
