做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
