做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
