做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
