做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
