做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
