做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
