做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
