做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
