做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
