做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
