做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
