做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
