做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
