做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
