做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
